Our Story

Built on patience,
served with pride

The Coffee Stand Kirkland started with a simple conviction: your morning coffee should be an event, not an afterthought. We source directly from farms that treat their land and their people with respect, and we roast in small batches so every bean arrives at its peak.

Our bakers arrive before dawn. By the time you walk through our doors — whether you're grabbing a quick espresso between meetings or settling in with a pour-over and a flaky croissant — everything has been made fresh that morning. That's not a policy. That's just how we do things.

The Craft

What goes into
every single cup

Sourcing

We work with farms that practice sustainable agriculture and pay fair wages. Every bag we order comes with a story — origin, altitude, varietal, and processing method. You'll find it on our board.

Roasting

Small-batch roasting lets us dial in each origin individually. We track development time, first crack, and cooling curves so every roast profile hits the target consistently.

Extraction

Grind size, water temperature, pressure, and flow rate — these aren't variables we guess at. We measure, taste, and adjust until the shot is where it needs to be.

The Pour

Microfoam texture, proper layering, and a pour that lands right — these details separate a drink you remember from one you forget. We aim for memorable.
